METAMANAGEMENT, a project of Lorena Ubierna, is an innovative project focused on the continuos improvement and excellence of organisations and individuals, which centers its efforts in facillitating and implementing tools to improve communication, relationships, change management, path-changing, future vision and everything which requires the adaptation of new economic and business models.

The methodology used is incredibly practical, based on very innovative models which permit the visualisation of the current situation of the organisation or individual, detailing aspects which need to be improved or reinforced, using methods and dynamics in tune with today. The basic philosophy comes from the concept of Coaching, brought to new leadership models.

As Lorena explains in her popular blog, she is the catalyst of the Metamanagement project, where she aims to help organisations, their work teams and as the key part, people, in faciltating the management of cultural, technolgical & project change – to facilitate improved results, potentialising the abilities and capacities of teams & individuals, improving and making possible more effective and efficient communication.
